How to File a Complaint
Anyone who suspects a violation of the Act should file a sworn complaint with the Enforcement Division.
Pay an Enforcement Penalty
Welcome the FPPC’s Electronic Payment System for Enforcement Penalties
With this system, you will be able to pay an Enforcement penalty via credit or debit card. The system accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card. Please note that there is a 3% transaction fee that will be added to your full penalty amount at the end of the transaction.
What is required?
You will need:
- A valid email address to receive notification that the payment has been received.
- The information from your Visa, Mastercard or Discover Card, including security code.
- The case number assigned to your case (in order for your payment to be properly attributed to you).
