How to File a Complaint
Anyone who suspects a violation of the Act should file a sworn complaint with the Enforcement Division.
The Fair Political Practices Commission will conduct public drawings to select local jurisdictions, superior court offices, and general purpose committees subject to audit by the Franchise Tax Board. These draws have not been scheduled.
A public drawing will be held on February 2, 2021, at 10am to select legislative districts, lobbying firms, and lobbyist employers. The results of the drawing will be shown in the 2021 Selections below.
