MEDIA ADVISORY: California Fair Political Practices Commission unveils new Electronic Complaint System

 

SACRAMENTO – FPPC Chair Jodi Remke and FPPC Chief of Enforcement Galena West will debut the Enforcement Division’s new Electronic Complaint System.

 

WHAT: Demonstration of the new ECS and walk through of the various components, capabilities, uses and benefits to the public and FPPC Enforcement Division. The ECS is the latest achievement in the Chair’s priorities to focus on continued strong enforcement of the law, improving technology for both efficiency and transparency, and simplifying and streamlining our processes as well as the law itself.

Enforcement Chief West will answer questions on the new system and outline other pre-election Enforcement efforts underway before the election to ensure people have the information they need when it counts, before the election.
