Roll: Chair Remke and Commissioner Wynne were in attendance. Commissioners Audero and Wasserman were present via teleconference. 

Item 2: Minutes from July Commission Hearing. Approved 4-0.  

Item 3: Enforcement Action. Vote 2-2. Item will be held until next month’s meeting.

Item 4: Enforcement Action. Approved 3-1.

Items 5-14: Enforcement Action. Approved 4-0.

Item 15: Repeal and Re-Adopt Regulation 18751: Conflict of Interest Code Exemptions. Approved 4-0.

Item 16: Legislative Update for August 2016, Staff Recommendation as to item 1 on AB700, Approved 4-0.

Item 17: Executive Staff Reports. Accepted as submitted.
