Roll: Chair Silver and Commissioners Baker, Ortiz, Wilson, and Wood were in attendance.

Item 2: Minutes from the June 2024 Commission Hearing. Approved 4-0, with Commissioner Wood not yet in attendance.

Item 3: Adoption of Proposed Amendments to Regulations 18991, 18993 and 18994, Audits and Investigations. Approved 5-0.

Item 4: In the Matter of Hallinan for Board of Equalization 2018, Hallinan for Supervisor 2020, Tom Hallinan and Hannah Burcaw; FPPC No. 20/861. Approved 5-0.

Item 5: In the Matter of North Yuba Water District; FPPC No. 20/917. Approved 5-0.

Item 6: In the Matter of Ramos for City Council 2018, Committee to Elect Daniel Ramos Adelanto City Council 2020, Daniel Ramos, Arley Arsineda; FPPC No. 19/464. Motion to postpone action on the item, direct Daniel Ramos to provide evidence for the Enforcement Division to review by August 23, 2024 and bring back to the September meeting. Approved 5-0.
