Preston made the following contributions under other names to the committees of two Milpitas City Councilmembers: six $250 contributions to Deb Giordano City Council 2012, and one $4,000 contribution to Armando Gomez for Assembly 2014, in violation of Government Code Section 84301 (4 counts).
