Freemon for School Board was her candidate-controlled committee. Gloria Martin served as the Committee’s treasurer. The Committee, Freemon, and Martin failed to timely report contributions of $100 or more on one pre-election statement for the reporting period of February 21, 2015 to March 21, 2015 and on one semiannual statement for the reporting period of March 22, 2015 to June 30, 2015, in violation of Government Code 84211 (2 counts).
