In 2008, Respondent, Hai Fu “Joey” Lo, provided $4,000 to Daniel Chun that Mr. Chun used to make eight political contributions to two candidates for mayor of the City of Fremont on Respondent’s behalf without disclosing that Respondent was the source of the contributions in violation of Government Code Section 84301 (4 counts).
