Pat Gacoscos was a successful candidate for Union City Council in the November 4, 2014 General Election. Bert Padua was the Committee’s treasurer. Pat Gacoscos for City Council 2014 was her candidate-controlled committee. The Committee, Padua, and Gacoscos failed to file three 24-Hour Reports, in violation of Government Code Section 84203 (3 counts).
