The Committee, Wheeler, and Beavers failed to timely file a pre-election statement for the period ending April 21, 2018 in violation of Government Code Section 84200.5 (1 count). The Committee also failed to timely report employer and occupation information of several contributors in violation of Government Code Section 84211, subdivision (f) (1 count).
