Joshua Mitchell is a former City Council Member and Mayor of the City of Sanger from 2010 to 2015. During this time, he voted to extend a Residential Impact Fee Waiver Program and a development agreement, which had a foreseeable financial effect on his source of income, in violation of Government Code Section 87100 (1 count). Mitchell also failed to disclose a source of income to his business on his 2012 and 2013 Annual Statements of Economic Interest, in violation of Government Code Section 87207 (1 count).
