Tom Collins was the Committee treasurer. Collins passed away and is not named as a respondent. The Committee and Kniss failed to maintain the use of one campaign bank account, in violation of Government Code Section 85201 (1 count), and failed to timely disclose all required employers and/or occupations of contributors, in violation of Government Code Section 84211, subdivisions (f)(3) and (f)(4) (1 count).
