Robert Williams, a Planning Commissioner for the City of San Juan Capistrano, failed to timely disclose his interests in Studio 6 Architects, Inc. on three Statements of Economic Interests: one for Leaving Office with the San Juan Capistrano Planning Commission in 2013, one for his candidacy for the San Juan Capistrano City Council in 2014, and one for assuming office with the San Juan Capistrano Planning Commission in 2015, in violation of Government Code Sections 87206, 87207 and 87209 (3 counts).
