Paul Anthony Courtney was a successful candidate for Mayor of Barstow in the November 3, 2020 General Election. Paul Anthony Courtney for Mayor in 2020 was Courtney’s candidate-controlled committee. Gabriela Humphrey served as the Committee’s treasurer.
