Respondent failed to timely report on his 2008 Statement of Economic Interests, income he received from his employers, Diablo Grande LP and World International, Inc., who had business before the Western Hills Water Districtduring 2008, in violation of Government Code Section 87300 (1 count). Also, Respondent, in his capacity as a Director on the Western Hills Water District Board of Directors, voted on a matter directly relating to World International, Inc., with whom he had an arrangement concerning prospective employment at the time of the vote, in violation of Government Code Section 87407.
