Respondent, Guadalupe “Lupe” Ramos Watson, a member of the City of Indio City Council, made a governmental decision in which she had a financial interest, by voting to authorize a lease agreement between the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Indio and KEB Enterprises, LLC, for the lease of the Indio Transportation Center site, which was located within 500 feet of real property in which Respondent held an economic interest of $2,000 or more, in violation of Government Code Section 87100 (1 count).
